These Terms govern your access to and use of Nonomy (“we”, “us”) and the products sold through this site. By creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to them.

>1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to create an account or make a purchase. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement. We don't run an age-verification check — this is an affirmation you're making, not something we enforce technically — but an account found to belong to someone underage will be closed.

>2. What we sell

Nonomy sells third-party scripts and client-side enhancements for Roblox. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Use at your own risk
Using third-party scripts can violate Roblox's own Terms of Use and may result in account action by Roblox or a game's developers, up to and including a ban — on your Roblox account, not just in a single game. We don't control that risk and can't promise it won't happen. Decide for yourself whether that trade-off is worth it before you buy.

>3. Accounts and license keys

  • Keep your login credentials and license keys to yourself — they're tied to your account, not transferable, and not for resale.
  • One license key grants access to one account on our end; sharing it doesn't get you a second seat, it gets both uses flagged.
  • You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

>4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout through our payment processor. Licenses are digital goods delivered immediately on payment, so purchases are final once a key has been issued — we don't offer refunds for a change of mind, a game banning your account, or a script getting detected/patched.

If something on our side went wrong — you were charged and never received a key, or you were charged twice — tell us in the Discord and we'll sort it out.

>5. Acceptable use

  • No reverse-engineering, redistributing, or reselling anything we sell.
  • No chargebacks or payment fraud — a chargeback gets the license revoked and the account banned from future purchases.
  • No abuse directed at support staff or other members in the Discord.

>6. No warranty

Products are provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uptime, compatibility with every game update, or that a script will stay undetected. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages (lost progress, a banned account, etc.), and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

>7. Termination

We can suspend or close an account and revoke its license keys for violating these Terms, without a refund for unused time.

>8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Nonomy after an update means you accept the new version — check back here occasionally if you want to stay current.
