This explains what we collect when you use Nonomy, why, and who it's shared with.
Email and password run your login. Your phone number is so we have a way to reach you about your account if email bounces or support needs to verify it's really you — we don't use it for marketing. Order and key data is what lets the site show you what you've bought. Technical logs help us catch fraud and keep the service running.
Only the processors that need it to do their specific job, never sold or shared for advertising:
We keep account and order data while your account is active. If you want your account and personal data deleted, ask in the Discord and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep (e.g. transaction records for tax/accounting purposes).
We use one first-party cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party ad or tracking cookies.
Nonomy is for users 18 and older — see our Terms of Service. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we'll delete an account if we learn that's happened.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold on you at any time — reach out in the Discord and we'll handle it.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
